Makoto Yuki is the protagonist of Persona 3, a role-playing video game developed by Atlus. He is a quiet and reserved young man who transfers to a new school in the city of Tartarus after the death of his parents. Upon arriving, he discovers that the school is a front for a group of teenagers who fight against the darkness that has engulfed the city.
